There is now large market of corporate tenants, holidaymakers, or just those looking to buy for whom a tenancy of less than 6 months is essential and they are willing to pay a premium of up to 30% more per month to secure it.
A short let property should be offered furnished with all domestic appliances and crockery and includes all bills. The length of tenancy can be anything from 1 day – 6 months although a period of 2-4 months is most common with a ‘Licence to Occupy’ contract.
We can also be your Airbnb host taking the stress out of joining the short let phenomena that is Airbnb. This can include all contact with guests prior to move in and meeting and greeting on the day; as well as preparing your property, delivering clean laundry, arranging cleaning, and presenting the home as a hotel!

Absolute Management is all inclusive, we will never charge for arranging any maintenance, just one flat monthly management fee. It may surprise you but most agents will charge between 12-20% on top of work costs as well as meeting other contractors at your property or to carry out routine property inspections.
