Our mission from 2008 was to serve the lettings business in a more professional/ long term approach than was the case with other agents who regarded lettings as a third-class activity and did not offer a good service.

With this direction we quickly grew and became the largest lettings agency in SW11 by property listings, and thrived serving portfolio landlords and individuals.

When the credit crunch hit the dynamic of the industry changed markedly with the emergence of the ‘accidental landlord’ who we imparted knowledge to and helped become experienced landlords, some of whom now own large portfolios across South London managed by Absolute Living.

Times have changed but the fundamentals remain the same, have passion for what you do and deliver for our clients who have become friends. We ensure our clients are kept compliant with regulations and achieve the best outcomes for both selling and renting.
