2: Clicking on the “View Shortlist” link will open this page displaying all your saved properties.
3: The properties you’ve saved are conveniently listed for you and can be viewed at anytime whilst browsing Absolute Living website.
No commission or arrangement charges
Absolute Management is all inclusive, we will never charge for arranging any maintenance, just one flat monthly management fee. It may surprise you but most agents will charge between 12-20% on top of work costs as well as meeting other contractors at your property or to carry out routine property inspections.
